Following is the refund policy supporting Acne Getaway 101E money back guarantee.

1. The guarantee period is valid for 30 days after you have received the product. If you are not satisfied with the product then you must request for refund within this time. Refund can be requested by filling out the online form at our site.
2. After printing the 'refund request form', you must send it to us along with the used bottle of the product, to the address specified in the form.
3. A 30 day period will be allowed for sending shipments back to us once a refund request has been made by the customer. After this period, no refund shall be made.
4. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded.
5. A Transaction Charge of $5 will deducted from the amount.
6. Value Packs and/or Discounts Packs are not covered under this refund policy. Refunds can ONLY be claimed for a purchase of single product.
7. There will be only ONE refund allowed per customer irrespective of the number of products bought by that customer.
8. Allow 10 days for refunds to be processed after the shipment is returned.
